Here's 5 of the most common questions. Everything else, I'll answer you personally.

What if I’m completely new to working out?

Absolutely welcome!
My programs are designed for all levels. However, I concentrate on women interested primarily in fat loss and toning.

If you are bulking, training for competition, going through physical therapy or interested in weight gain, I'm not your trainer.

But if you're looking to shed some back fat, trim your waist, lose some inches off your thighs and reshape your body to the best it can possibly be, let's talk.

Do I need special equipment?

Yes.
You will need a few things to get started.

You will need access to gym equipment. Maybe you have a home gym or a fitness center in your apartment building. A local gym membership is fantastic too.

You also need a smartphone or tablet to follow along with my program and to record your progress. Of course a water bottle, comfortable fitness clothing and cross trainer shoes are essential. A yoga mat is a good option, but not required.

How much time do I need each week?

For many women, this is the hard part.

60 Seconds Every Day: You must commit to a daily check-in. One minute to report in the app—your progress, your hustle, your grit. No excuses, no skips.

10 Minutes Every Week: You owe me a weekly debrief. Ten minutes to review your stats, plan your attack, and keep the momentum. Every week, every month, no exceptions.

I require a commitment of 30 minutes per day, everyday. The time is up to you and can be scheduled around your family & career, but results is my goal with you and you will have to make a conscious decision to carve out a minimum 30 minutes every single day.

Additionally there will be a mandatory 5-minutes of "stretch time" every day when you wake up and we'll need some "kitchen time" to ensure you nutrition is right.

If you cannot make this commitment, then my program will not work for you. I only want trainees who are serious about results and willing to make a daily sacrifice to achieve it.

How does the money back guarantee work?

I am so confident in my training program, that I will give you back your money if we do not reach our intended goals.

Of course you will be required to strictly follow my fitness and nutrition program exactly as laid out, no deviations, no cheating.

However, if you do everything as instructed and we do not see results, you will be refunded.

What happens after I sign up?

1st step is you'll book a date/time for us to chit-chat. In the meantime, you'll receive a questionnaire to fill out so I can learn more about you and your ambitions. Then we'll have a quick 15-minute phone call to discuss it all and bring your on-board, if accepted.

Once you're officially a trainee, you’ll get instant access to your welcome kit, beginner videos, and weekly guided sessions. You’ll also receive support emails, reminders, and tips to help you stay consistent and motivated.
